Recently we were contacted by a property manager of a national hotel chain looking for help.
Apparently the corporation he worked for had purchased some properties “in bulk.”
And one of these properties was in South Jersey. It had been abandoned for many years.
As a result, vagrants had been using it as their temporary home. And vandals were stripping all the copper wires for the electrical service to the building.
The property manager was told by the township where the hotel was located “board up . . . or else!”
And, the property manager was given a strict time limit. His company would be cited and fined if the work wasn’t completed within the month.
So, the property manager contacted the experts at PuroClean Emergency Recovery Services for help with this commercial property.
We visited the site, took measurements, defined the scope of work, and wrote the estimate.
It was a huge job! So many windows and doors needed to be boarded up. Over 800 in all!
And all of the wood had to be custom cut and fit in order to protect the building properly!
